PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a finger joint extension apparatus that facilitates fine adjustment with an extension straightening force method which causes no burden and no pain on the joints in accordance with fingers having a daily variable joint symptom, and that can be attached and detached even if fingers are swollen.SOLUTION: The finger joints are extended through features of a finger joint extension apparatus that fulfills the following requirements (1) through (5). (1) The apparatus includes a press part, a support part, and a connection fixed part. (2) The press part presses the back of the finger joints. (3) The support part is composed of two parts, namely, a central palm side support part for supporting the root side of the fingers and a peripheral palm side support part for supporting the tip side of the fingers, of the front and rear finger pulp of the finger joints. (4) The connection fixed part is formed in the manner that the press part and the support part are relatively moved while being pressed to each other and that these parts are fixed at an arbitrary position.
