PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a spraying apparatus and a spraying method capable of smoothly spraying a spray material in which a bridge can be formed.SOLUTION: The spraying apparatus 11 includes: a case 15 which can internally accommodate multiple wild rat exterminating agents K, and has an opening 23 at the lower end and a bottom member 17 which is arranged at the lower end of the case 15, and is able to form a space S along the rim of the opening 23 between the case 15.
