PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems of labor in natural cultivation of vegetables and that hydroponic culture is suitable only for leaf vegetables, and to provide organic soil by making ridges of enclosure made from resin as means for cultivating vegetables in a snowy region and a temperature region, thereby promoting activities of soil bacteria which warm soil.SOLUTION: The plant facility for cultivating vegetables in soil does not cost for maintenance once it is built, wherein activities of soil bacteria are promoted by making ridges of a field with partition walls made from resin and illuminating the ridges with LED lamps which use electricity from photovoltaic power generation, while sending air and hot water warmed by a heat pump 18 to the ridges to warm the soil, organic fertilizer synthesized in an artificial reservoir is agitated by an agitator 17 and sent to the soil ridges by a water pipe 2, vegetables can be cultivated even in desert regions on the earth by effective utilization of water, and black vinyl sheets cover surfaces of the soil and weeding is not required.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】野菜の自然栽培における労力や水耕栽培における葉物野菜にしか適さないことへの対応、並びに積雪地域や温暖地域で野菜を栽培するための手段として樹脂製の囲いの畝を作り、土壌を暖め土壌菌の活動を促がし、有機土壌を提供する。【解決手段】樹脂製の隔壁により畑の畝を作り太陽光発電の電気を使ってLEDランプを照らすと同時に畝にヒートポンプ18により暖められた空気と温水を送り土壌を暖めることで土壌菌の活動を促す。人工の溜め池で合成された有機肥料は攪拌機17で攪拌され送水管2にて土壌の畝に送られる。水を有効利用できることで地球の砂漠地域でも野菜の栽培ができる。土壌の表面には黒のビニールシートで覆われ草取りの必要がない。一度設備されると維持費が掛らない野菜の土壌栽培プラント設備である。【選択図】図2
