PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the inside of a chamber 2 from being polluted by a cap 4 in case that the sterilization of this cap 4 is incomplete due to abnormal radiation of an electron beam.SOLUTION: The cap 4, which is carried within a sterile room 12 by a cap chute 6, is irradiated with an electron beam from an electron beam radiator 8 to sterilize it. The cap chute 6 has a free carriage section 6c, in which the cap 4 is carried while being rotated, and a regulated carriage section 6b, in which it carries the cap 4 while being regulated by a star wheel 24 on its upstream side, and it is provided with a downstream stopper means 34 on the downstream of the free carriage section 6c, and further provided with a removal means 36, which removes the cap 4, on its downstream side. When there is abnormality in the radiation of an electron beam, the stopper means 34 stops the cap 4, and then, when the radiation of the electron beams returns to its normality, the cap 4 in stoppage is irradiated with an electron beam, and then it is removed.COPYRIGHT: (C)2013,JPO&INPIT【課題】電子線の照射異常によりキャップ4の殺菌が不完全な場合に、このキャップ4によってチャンバー2内が汚染されることを防止する。【解決手段】無菌室12内をキャップシュート6によって搬送されるキャップ4に、電子線照射手段8から電子線を照射して殺菌する。キャップシュート6は、キャップ4が転動しつつ搬送される自由搬送区間6cと、その上流側のスターホイール24によって規制されつつキャップ4を搬送する規制搬送区間6bを有しており、自由搬送区間6cの下流端に下流ストッパ手段34を設け、さらにその下流側にキャップ4を排除する排除手段36を設ける。電子線の照射異常があったときには、ストッパ手段34でキャップ4を停止させ、その後、電子線の照射が正常に戻ったときに停止しているキャップ4に電子線を照射した後排除する。【選択図】図1
