PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To more efficiently cut food by enabling the food to easily run up a chute member without resistance.SOLUTION: A cutting machine includes: a pair of rotary drums 10a, 10b rotating outwardly to each other and chute members 20a, 20b for supplying food 3 from above toward the space between the rotary drums 10a, 10b. The rotary drums 10a, 10b include a plurality of cutting blades 12 for cutting the surface parts of the food 3 and a relief part 12b formed between the cutting blades 12a, 12b. The chute members 20a, 20b include a plurality of wire materials, and the wire materials are respectively disposed with parts thereof opposite to the rotary drums 10a, 10b in the relief part 12b.
