PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sheet for a beverage which is capable of suitably and easily performing an ornament on a surface of the beverage in a certain degree of amount without a particular limitation to desired information.SOLUTION: A sheet for a beverage is made up of an edible base material sheet and an edible information sheet formed on the base material sheet. Information indicated on the information sheet is drawable on an upper surface of the beverage by being floated on the beverage. The base material sheet contains a water soluble base material. The information sheet contains a water soluble binder and a coloring agent. The base material sheet has a higher dissolution rate than the information sheet.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
