PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide polypeptides which contain at least one IgG Fc region and have a higher anti-inflammatory activity and a lower cytotoxic activity as compared to unpurified antibodies, and to provide production methods of the polypeptides.SOLUTION: A polypeptide is further purified or modified so that the amount of sialic acid increases as compared with an unmodified, and/or unpurified antibody.
