The compounds are useful in preventing the progression and onset of diseases associated with the activity of the GPR119 G protein-coupled receptor, such as diabetes, hyperglycemia, impaired glucose tolerance, insulin resistance, hyperinsulinemia, retinopathy, neuropathy, nephropathy, delayed wound healing, atherosclerosis and its sequelae, abnormal heart function, myocardial ischemia, stroke, Metabolic Syndrome, hypertension, obesity, dyslipidemia, and hyperlipidemia.【課題】ＧＰＲ１１９Ｇタンパク質共役受容体修飾因子である新規化合物の提供。【解決手段】特定の含窒素複素環を、複数個特定の結合を介して構成される化合物。具体的には、例えばで示される化合物が例示される。該化合物は、ＧＰＲ１１９Ｇタンパク質共役受容体の活性に関連した疾患として、糖尿病、高血糖、耐糖能障害、インシュリン抵抗性、高インシュリン血症、網膜症、神経障害、腎障害、創傷治癒遅延、アテローム性動脈硬化およびその後遺症、心機能異常、心筋虚血、脳卒中、メタボリックシンドローム、高血圧、肥満、脂質代謝異常、脂質代謝異常、高脂血症等の進行または発症の予防に有効である。【選択図】なし
