PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aerosol particle collecting device and a vial adapter that can reduce the possibility of exposure of a drug while securing air permeability.SOLUTION: An aerosol particle collecting device according to the present invention is for collecting aerosol particles having passed through a ventilation filter included in a vial adapter, and is provided with an aerosol particle collecting passage through which the aerosol particles having passed through the ventilation filter flow.
