A composition comprising: a) a mesoparticle consisting of a poorly soluble agricultural active ingredient in water, with a volume average diameter in the range of from about 30 nm to about 500 nm； and b) an adjuvant； 2. The composition of claim 1, further comprising inert ingredients and solvents. 3. A composition according to claim 1, wherein the mesoparticle is at least one of the mesocapsule, meso-matrix particle, and meso-homogeneous particle. The composition of claim 3, wherein the agricultural active ingredient in the oil phase of the mesocapsule is from about 1 to about 90 wt.%. The composition according to claim 3, in which the agricultural active ingredient in the meso-matrix particle is from about 1 to about 90 wt.%. The composition of claim 3, wherein the agricultural active ingredient in the meso-homogeneous particle is from about 80 to about 99% by weight. The composition of claim 1, wherein the agricultural active ingredient has a water solubility of less than about 1000 ppm. The composition according to claim 1, in which the auxiliary means is one of the integral auxiliary means and auxiliary means in the form of a tank mixture.
