The present invention relates to an oral cleaning system comprising: a hose combined with an outlet of a faucet through one-touch combination； a fluctuation pump module for generating fluctuation water pressure by pressing washing water flowing in the hose； an oral washer including a washer main body connected with the fluctuation pump module by the hose and having a valve for controlling a supply of the fluctuation water pressure washing water, and a washing nozzle detachably combined with the washer main body； and a holder having a main groove in a concave form in the center to mount the oral washer, and having a plurality of sub-holes for enabling an individual washing nozzle of a user to be inserted and then mounted into both sides of the main groove. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the oral cleaning system maintains constant water pressure of washing water as connected with a faucet, injects a water stream making a user feel water being forcefully disconnected as 1200 times per minute by generating fluctuation water pressure of washing water, thereby improving an oral washing force and massaging gums. Moreover, it is hygienic by replacing and using an individual washing nozzle of a user detachably mounted on a washer main body, and ease of storage is improved by mounting and storing a washer main body and a washing nozzle in one holder after using.
