PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent X-ray measurement from being performed in a state that a positional relation between an X-ray measurement part and an examination site is not normal.SOLUTION: An X-ray measurement apparatus 10 for measuring a forearm as an examination site includes: an X-ray measurement part consisting of an X-ray generator 42 and an X-ray detector 50; a contact pad 38 movable in a depth direction that is brought into a push-in state when the forearm is normally positioned with respect to the X-ray measurement part; a sensor 54 for detecting whether or not the contact pad 38 is in the push-in state; an LED 28 provided so as to be visually recognized by a subject or a measurer; and an apparatus control part 56. The apparatus control part 56 changes a light emitting state of the LED 28 based on the state of the contact pad 38 detected by the sensor 54.
