PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem that, while a medical lighting system, for which a plurality of LEDs are arranged side by side in a horizontal direction in parallel in two stages, is disclosed conventionally, it is difficult to match all the light from all LEDs with one rectangle at a prescribed distance in such an LED arrangement.SOLUTION: A medical lighting system includes: a ring-like base 1 a plurality of light source means 3 for using the LED attached to the base as a light source and a hollow cover 2 for covering the light source means.
