An improved food dispenser and spoon adapted to be screwably connected to a plastic bottle comprising an elongated body and a scoop integral to one end of said elongated body, characterized in that the opposing end of said elongated body being centrally and perpendicularly connected with a circular disc, a threaded skirt projecting outwardly of said circular disc, a hole provided on said circular disc, and a passage disposed within said elongated body and connecting said hole on one end to an outlet provided to said scoop on the opposing end.
