The present invention provides combinations of antibodies for use in the treatment or the prevention of HCV infection. In particular, combinations are provided that comprise at least one anti-HCV envelope antibody and at least one anti- HCV receptor antibody, wherein the anti-HCV-envelope antibody and anti-HCV- receptor antibody act in a highly synergistic manner to inhibit HCV entry into susceptible cells. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising such combinations and methods of using these compositions and kits for treating or preventing HCV infection.Linvention concerne des combinaisons danticorps à utiliser dans le traitement ou la prévention dinfection par VHC.
