The present invention provides combinations for use in the treatment or the prevention of HCV infection. In particular, combinations are provided that comprise at least one anti-HCV-entry factor antibody and at least one direct acting antiviral, wherein the anti-HCV-entry factor antibody and direct acting antiviral act in a highly synergistic manner to inhibit HCV infection of susceptible cells. Also provided are pharmaceutical compositions and kits comprising such combinations and methods of using these compositions and kits for treating or preventing HCV infection.La présente invention concerne des combinaisons pour utilisation dans le traitement ou la prévention dune infection par le VHC. En particulier, la présente invention concerne des combinaisons qui comprennent au moins un anticorps anti-facteur dentrée du VHC et au moins un agent antiviral à action directe, lanticorps anti-facteur dentrée du VHC et lagent antiviral à action directe dune manière très synergique afin dinhiber une infection par le VHC de cellules susceptibles. La présente invention concerne en outre des compositions pharmaceutiques et des trousses comprenant de telles combinaisons et des procédés dutilisation de ces compositions et trousses pour traiter ou prévenir linfection par le VHC.
