PURPOSE: A nutshell removing apparatus of nuts is provided to easily and effectively remove outer shell of the nuts, and to minimize the damage on inner shells and kernels. CONSTITUTION: A nutshell removing apparatus of nuts includes an apparatus body(10), a hopper(20), a pitch board, and a rotary roller. The hopper is combined with one side of the apparatus body, for inserting the nuts to be peeled. The pitch board in an arc shape is combined with the apparatus body from the lower side of the hopper, and includes plural through-holes for passing through the peeled nuts. The rotary roller is located in between the hopper and the pitch board for removing outer shells from the nuts.견과류의 껍질 제거장치가 개시된다. 본 발명의 견과류의 껍질 제거장치는, 외관을 형성하는 장치본체； 장치본체의 일측에 결합되고 껍질 제거 대상의 견과류가 투입되는 호퍼； 호퍼의 하부 영역에서 장치본체에 결합되며, 껍질이 제거된 견과류가 통과되는 다수의 통공이 형성되는 부분적인 아크(arc) 형상의 타공판； 및 타공판과의 이격간격을 사이에 두고 호퍼와 타공판 사이에 배치되되 타공판과의 사이에서 견과류의 껍질을 제거시키는 회전롤러를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다. 이에 의해, 간단하고 단순한 구조를 가지면서도 속껍질과 알맹이의 손상 없이 혹은 그 손상을 최대로 저지하면서 겉껍질만을 용이하고 효율적으로 제거할 수 있어 단위 시간당 생산성 향상을 도모할 수 있다.
