Provided is a safety syringe. A safety syringe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylinder； a holder member disposed in the inner front side of the cylinder to make a syringe needle coupled with the front thereof, and having a stopper member accommodation groove formed in the rear side thereof； a stopper member having a flow hole formed in the center thereof to flow an injection fed to the syringe needle, including an inner container unit formed on the inner circumferential surface of the flow hole to have a first hanging projection formed therein, and capable of being fixed to the rear of the holder member while the inner container unit is inserted in the stopper member accommodation groove； and a piston capable of being forwardly or backwardly moved in the cylinder, including an axial member capable of penetrating through the inner container unit, and including a hook unit formed on the outer circumferential part of the axial member and capable of being hung on the hanging projection of the stopper member. As the piston is backwardly moved, the stopper member can be backwardly moved along with the piston while the hook unit is hung on the first hanging projection of the stopper member.
