Provided is a safety syringe. A safety syringe according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises: a cylinder； a holder member having a passing hole for feeding an injection to the inside thereof through a syringe needle, and having a first hanging projection formed on the inner circumferential surface of the passing hole； a stopper member having a flowing hole formed in the center thereof to communicate with the passing hole, and having an inner container part formed on the inner circumferential surface of the flowing hole to have a second hanging projection, wherein the inner container part can be fixed to the rear of the holder member； and a piston capable of forwardly or backwardly moving in the cylinder, having an axial member capable of being disposed while penetrating through the inner container part, having a first hook part formed on the front outer circumferential part of the axial member, and having a second hook part formed on the rear outer circumferential part of the axial member. When the piston is backwardly moved, the stopper member can be backwardly moved along with the piston while the second hook part is hung on the second hanging projection of the stopper member.
