PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sebum removing gel sheet capable of satisfying both of low irritation of human skin and sebum removal effect.SOLUTION: The sebum removing gel sheet consists of a gel adhesive composition and a base material. The gel adhesive composition contains a cross-linked water-soluble polymer, water, a sebum removing component, and a moisturizing agent, but does not contain an amphiphilic polymer.
