This disclosure provides a method for treating a subject afflicted with a cancer comprising administering to the subject a combination of therapeutically effective amounts of an isolated population of natural killer (NK) cells, preferably activated and expanded NK (NKAE) cells, and an antibody or an antigen-binding portion thereof that binds specifically to C-X-C Chemokine Receptor 4 (CXCR4) expressed on the surface of a cancer cell.La présente invention concerne un procédé permettant de traiter un sujet souffrant d'un cancer comprenant l'administration au sujet d'une association de quantités thérapeutiquement efficaces d'une population isolée de cellules tueuses (NK) d'origine naturelle, de préférence des cellules NK activées et développées (NKAE), et d'un anticorps ou d'une partie de liaison à l'antigène de celui-ci se liant de manière spécifique au récepteur de chimiokine C-X-C 4 (CXCR4) exprimé sur la surface d'une cellule cancéreuse.
