PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To stably pour a liquid into an empty medical bag.SOLUTION: A funnel is held on a funnel holding base 70 and the medical bag is hung from a medical bag hanging base 30. The funnel holding base is turned by a turning mechanism and is guided in a vertical direction by a vertical direction guiding mechanism. By turning the funnel holding base to the upper part of the medical bag hanging base and then lowering it, the lower end of the funnel is easily inserted into a liquid pouring port of the medical bag.
