In certain embodiments, the compositions and methods disclosed herein relate to stabilizing attenuated or non-attenuated live flaviviruses (eg, whole life) flaviviruses. Other embodiments relate to compositions and methods for reducing the degradation of live attenuated or non-attenuated flaviviruses. Other embodiments relate to improved formulations for prolonging the stabilization of attenuated or non-attenuated live flaviviruses during manufacture, storage, accelerated storage, and transportation.
