PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pusher guide wire capable of recovering a stent being halfway release from a distal end of a catheter, in the catheter again.SOLUTION: In a pusher guide wire 1, a rear end 14a of a tip end coil body 14 is not fixed to a first distal end 12a of a core shaft 12 to be formed into a free end. The core shaft is pulled to the rear end direction and is rotated in a state where the rear end of the tip end coil body as the free end is hooked to a gap 11 of a stent 10 being halfway the release, so that the distal end 11 of the stent released from the tip end port 24 of the catheter 2 is wound around the outer periphery of the tip end coil body. The core shaft is further pulled in the rear end direction with the stent wound therearound so as to recover the stent halfway the release to the inside of the catheter and consequently, prevent the stent from damaging the inner wall of the normal blood vessel.COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT【課題】カテーテルの先端から解放途中のステントを再度カテーテル内に回収することができるプッシャーガイドワイヤを提供する。【解決手段】プッシャーガイドワイヤ1において、先端コイル体14の後端14aが、コアシャフト12の第一先端部12aに固定されておらず自由端になっているため、コアシャフトを後端方向に引っ張って、自由端である先端コイル体の後端を解放途中のステント10の間隙11に引っ掛けた状態でコアシャフトを回転させることで、カテーテル2の先端口24から解放されたステントの先端部11を先端コイル体の外周に巻き付けることができる。ステントを巻き付けた状態でコアシャフトを更に後端方向に引っ張ることで、解放途中のステントをカテーテル内に回収することができ、その結果、ステントによる正常な血管の内壁への損傷を防止することができる。【選択図】図3
