PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a drug composition which can effectively penetrate into a cancer tissue so that a photosensitizing agent can be activated by light inside a cancer tissue, and a large amount of active oxygen can be formed to exhibit the effect on killing cancer tissue cells.SOLUTION: The invention provides a self-assembling pharmaceutical composition for photodynamic treatment containing a photosensitizing agent, a ligand A separated under conditions of a specific range of a hydrogen-ion-concentration (pH), and a ligand B changing a surface charge under conditions of a specific range of a hydrogen-ion-concentration.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 14【課題】効果的に癌組織に浸透させ、癌組織内部で光感作剤が光によって活性化されて、多量の活性酸素を形成して癌組織細胞を殺す効果を発揮できるようにする薬剤の組成物を提供すること。【解決手段】本発明は、光感作剤、特定の範囲の水素イオン濃度(pH)条件から分離されるリガンドA、及び特定の範囲の水素イオン濃度条件で表面電荷が変わるリガンドBを含む、光力学的治療用自己組立型薬学の組成物を提供することによって達成され得る。【選択図】図14
