PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ion generating device that can release ion in the air with a space-saving structure.SOLUTION: An ion generating device 1 includes: a bracket 110 that is a handrail connection member connected to a handrail bar H and an ion generator 120 that is provided inside the bracket 110 and releases ion in the air. The ion generating device 1 releases ion in the air from the bracket 110 by driving the ion generator 120.
