The present invention relates to a marine farm including a solar power generator, capable of installing a solar power generator regardless of place by installing the generator in a marine farm, and also, reducing time and labor force for installation by making the installation quick and convenient. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the marine farm comprises: a plurality of floating bodies placed on the surface of the sea in longitudinal and widthwise directions to form an internal space part； a plurality of decks installed in the upper part of the plurality of floating bodies to connect the plurality of floating bodies with each other； a plurality of connection brackets installed on the upper surface of each of the plurality of floating bodies； a net located in the space part by being combined with a plurality of net fixing rings installed in a predetermined position of each of the plurality of connection brackets； and a solar power generating module combined with the plurality of connection brackets to be located in the space part above the net.본 개시는 해상 양식장에 태양광 발전장치를 설치함으로써 태양광 발전장치를 장소의 제약 없이 설치할 수 있고, 설치작업을 신속하고 간편하게 할 수 있어 작업의 노동력 절감과 설치 시간을 감소시킬 수 있는 태양광 발전장치를 구비하는 해상 양식장에 관한 것이다.본 개시의 실시예에 따른 태양광 발전장치를 구비하는 해상 양식장은 내부에 공간부가 형성되도록 해수면 상에 가로 및 세로 방향으로 이격되게 배치되는 복수개의 부력체와, 복수개의 부력체를 상호 연결하도록 복수개의 부력체의 상부에 설치되는 복수개의 데크와, 복수개의 부력체의 각각의 상부면에 설치된 복수개의 연결브라켓과, 복수개의 연결브라켓의 각각의 일측면 소정 위치에 설치된 복수개의 그물 고정고리에 결합되어 공간부에 위치되는 그물과, 공간부에 그물보다 상측에 위치되도록 복수개의 연결브라켓에 결합되는 태양광 발전모듈을 포함하여 구성된다.
