The present invention performs rehab training continuously by having the subject perform rehab training on the basis of a training menu and updating the training menu on the basis of the subjects body movements. The rehab system comprises: a sensor, which is installed on a rehab subjects body and is for detecting movements of a muscle of the body a storage unit for storing training menus for each subject in which training details are set forth beforehand and a subject analysis system unit for outputting each subjects training menu from the storage unit and displaying same on the display terminal being used by the subject, and for determining whether or not the data measured by the sensor is adequate with respect to the value previously set forth in the training menu. When it is determined that the data measured by the sensor is inadequate with respect to the value previously set forth in the training menu, the subject analysis system unit updates the training menu, displays the updated training menu on the display terminal, and has the subject perform rehab training on the basis of the updated training menu.
