A dormitory management system according to the present invention is installed on a detection area allocated to an inner space of a dormitory. The dormitory management system comprises: a detection unit for receiving personal information from a user through at least one among a sensor including a fingerprint identification sensor, NFC sensor, infrared sensor, and iris identification sensor, and a personal terminal band in which the personal information is stored； a communications unit for delivering the personal information to a dormitory management server by performing a communications function； and a dormitory management server including an information comparison unit for comparing whether the received personal information and pre-stored information of each user are matched to generate authentication information, and determining whether the user enters the detection area, based on a generation history of the authentication information. According to the dormitory management system of the present invention, functions of forming a detection area near an entrance gate of a dormitory, and detecting an entry authentication means such as a student ID card and an ID card of a user, and the like, and a body authentication means such as fingerprint identification, iris identification, and the like so as to check whether the user enters the detection area are provided.본 발명에 따른 기숙사 관리 시스템은,상기 기숙사의 내부 공간에 할당된 감지영역에 설치되는 것으로서,지문인식센서 및 NFC센서 및 적외선센서 및 홍채인식센서를 포함하는 센서 및 개인정보를 저장한 개인단말밴드 중 적어도 어느 하나를 통해 유저로부터 상기 개인정보를 입력받는 감지부；통신기능에 의해서 상기 개인정보를 기숙사관리서버로 전달하는 통신부；수신한 상기 개인정보와 기 저장된 상기 유저 각각의 저장정보와의 일치 여부를 대조하여 인증정보를 생성하는 정보대조부를 포함하여, 상기 인증정보의 생성내역을 기반으로 상기 감지영역에 대한 상기 유저의 출입 여부를 파악하는 기숙사관리서버；를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.본 발명의 기숙사 관리 시스템에 의하면, 기숙사의 출입 게이트 인근에 감지영역을 형성하고 유저가 보유한 학생증, 신분증 등의 출입용인증수단이나, 지문인식, 홍채인식 등의 생체인증수단을 감지하여 유저의 감지영역 출입여부를 체크할 수 있는 기능을 제공한다.
