The layer 71 is a cover layer 72 that covers the entire entry portion 75 and has an adhesive 74 on the lower surface thereof, and the cover layer 72 fills the adhesive 74 on the lower surface thereof. The cover layer 72 can be peeled off from the entry layer 71 together with the adhesive 74 on the lower surface without leaving on the portion 75, and the cover layer 72 can be re-adhered to the entry layer 71 by the adhesive 74 on the lower surface thereof.
