PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent article in which deviation of the absorbent article in wearing can be efficiently suppressed, and which achieves preferable adhesion of the absorbent article to a wearer in wearing.SOLUTION: The absorbent article comprises a liquid permeable top sheet, a liquid impermeable back sheet and an absorber arranged between the top sheet and the back sheet. On both end parts in a width direction of the back sheet on a center in the longitudinal direction, fixing means to an underwear or a top sheet of a paper diaper which is used in combination, are provided.
