According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sweetener composition for coffee beverages contains or consists of composite sugars which include fructose, glucose, allulose, and maltose and desirably further includes glucose oligomer with polymerization rate of at least 2. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the sweetener composition for coffee beverages enhances various functional features such as softness of the coffee beverages, richness in sweetness, freshness at last sip, and balance in the taste.
