The present invention relates to a water-insoluble diclofenac sodium covered with an amorphous surfactant and a method for preparing the same. The water-insoluble diclofenac sodium covered with an amorphous surfactant according to an embodiment of the present invention comprises 100 parts by weight of diclofenac sodium and 10-200 parts by weight of surfactants having two or more alkyl chains bonded to hydrophilic parts based on the diclofenac sodium. The surfactant is bonded as amorphously surrounding an outside of the diclofenac sodium and is dissolved in water in an emulsion type.
