PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a wheelchair pulling assist tool capable of easily attaching/detaching a shaft with respect to a wheelchair and easily changing an angle of the shaft according to a body type of a pulling person.SOLUTION: The wheelchair pulling assist tool includes: shafts 1A and 1B for pulling a wheelchair and a right/left pair of first attachment members 30 and 40 for detachably attaching the shafts 1A and 1B on at least one of front pipes 102 and 104 and leg pipes 106 and 108 of the wheelchair.
