PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily couple bar-like members to each other. SOLUTION: This bar-like member coupler for coupling crossing pipes 13 and 15 to each other in a crossing part 21 is structured of a base member 25 and U-shaped bolts 27 to be engaged with each other in cross sectional direction of the peripheral parts of the pipes 13 and 15 by a recessed part 29 and intermediate parts 45 bent in the cross sectional direction of the peripheral parts of the pipes 13 and 15, and nuts 51 for fastening the base member 25 and the U-shaped bolts 27 to each other and for bringing the recessed part 29 and the intermediate parts 45 of the base member 25 and the U-shaped bolt 27 in pressure-contact with the peripheral parts 31 and 47 of both the pipes 13 and 15 to pinch the pipes 13 and 15 with the pressure for fixation.
