PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a warm feeling-imparting cosmetic preparation which can cover the time lag between a peak time of a warm feeling by a red pepper extract and a time when a warm feeling effect by vanillyl alkyl ether becomes the maximum.SOLUTION: Provided is a warm feeling-imparting cosmetic preparation containing vanillyl alkyl ether and a red pepper extract, the cosmetic preparation containing also extracts of Aronia melanocarpa of Rosaceae plant and/or bramble.
