The present invention relates to fermented milk comprising turmeric powder, and to a composition comprising the same for enhancing immunity. The fermented milk has excellent effects of increasing generation of TNF-, IL-6, and NO; and thus is useful for a composition for enhancing immunity. The fermented milk comprising turmeric powder is prepared by mixing raw milk with turmeric powder, and fermenting the resultant product with at least one type of lactobacillus from Streptococcus thermophilus, and Lactobacillus acidophilus.본 발명의 목적은 강황 분말을 함유하는 발효유 및 이를 포함하는 면역증강용 조성물에 관한 것이다. 상기 발효유는 TNF-α 및 IL-6와 NO 생성을 증가시키는 효과가 우수하여 면역증강용 조성물로 유용하게 사용될 수 있다.
