PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electric vehicle which can change its course considering change in a posture of a transport object person who is in the vehicle.SOLUTION: An electric vehicle 10 comprises: a vehicle body 11 comprising a riding part on which a transport object person rides an electric motor mounted on the vehicle body 11 and serves as a running drive source a steering device mounted on the vehicle body 11 and steers the vehicle body 11 and an on-vehicle controller 21 mounted on the vehicle body 11 and controls the steering device. A load detection sensor 23 and the on-vehicle controller 21 detect presence/absence of inclination of an occupant H in a vehicle width direction.
