PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide X-ray image diagnostic equipment and an image data generation method which facilitates generation of image data having a same phase of a moving object photographed from a plurality of angles.SOLUTION: The X-ray image diagnostic equipment comprises an X-ray generation section 1 for irradiating X-ray on a subject P, an X-ray detection section 2 for detecting the X-ray from the X-ray generation section 1 and for generating X-ray projection data, a C arm 32a for setting at least first and second photographing angles for the X-ray generation section 1 and the X-ray detection section 2 with respect to the subject P, and an image data generation section 61 which generates, on the basis of information of periodic biological signals of the subject P, first and second image data corresponding to an n cycle of the biological signals using X-ray projection data from the X-ray detection section 2 set in the first and second photographing angles.
