PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling whisk capable of easily producing a foam in a frozen state even at home.SOLUTION: A cooling whisk includes a cold insulating container 50 whose inner wall for cooling eating/drinking ingredients foamed by stirring is of bottomed cylinder shape, and a device body 10. The device body 10 includes blades 26 put in rotating operation and vertically moving operation within the cold insulating container 50 to stir the ingredients in the cold insulating container 50 and to scrape off ice sticking to the inner wall of the cold insulating container 50.
