The back flow inhibitor (the upper cylindrical body) 31 is supported so that it may be movable in the vertical direction by the guide member (lower cylindrical body 30) attached to the outer periphery to form the back flow- inhibiting weir 17 so as to surround the outer periphery of the water-feeding valve 16 water-tightly. In addition, the uprising end of the upper edge of the back flow inhibitor 31 is set higher than the usual water level of the rice field.
