PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a respiration measuring device, a respiration measuring method, and a program useful for examining a sleep apnea syndrome.SOLUTION: A respiration measuring device is provided which is used by attaching its attaching surface to a body surface of a user. The respiration measuring device includes first detection means, second detection means, and determination means. The first detection means detects an intracorporeal sound of the user generated with the respiration. The second detection means detects that the attaching surface is not attached firmly to the body surface.
