PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an ophthalmologic apparatus capable of accurately measuring a plurality of sites in an eye to be examining without changing a working distance.SOLUTION: An ophthalmologic apparatus includes an objective lens, an OCT optical system, an image forming part, and a control part. The OCT optical system that includes an optical scanner divides a light from a light source into a measurement light and a reference light, projects the measurement light deflected by the optical scanner onto the eye to be examined through the objective lens, and detects an interference light between a return light of the measurement light from the eye to be examined and the reference light. The image forming part forms a tomographic image of the eye to be examined on the basis of a result of the detection of the interference light. The control part controls at least the OCT optical system.
