The method comprises the steps of: a dissolving step of providing a mixture of a medicine and a solvent in an electrolytic reaction tank of the pharmaceutical solution manufacturing apparatus an electrolysis step of performing electrolysis on the mixture by using two electrode plates disposed in the electrolytic reaction tank to precipitate a precipitate of the medicine on the two electrode plates a separation step of inverting the current direction of the two electrode plates so as to separate the precipitate from the two electrode plates and a mixing step of vibrating the electrolytic reaction tank with an ultrasonic oscillating member so that the precipitate and the solvent are mixed in an electrolytic reaction tank to form a pharmaceutical solution.
