PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter, the position of which can be simply and easily adjusted with respect to a seedling planter.SOLUTION: A seedling transplanter comprises: a mover body T capable of moving across a ridge R a seedling planting device U mounted on the mover body T and having a seedling planter U1 made periodically movable up and down by the rotations of a planting drive shaft 30 to rush into the ridge R thereby to plant a seedling N while forming a seedling planting hole W1 and a seedling feeder K arranged over the seedling planting device U for feeding the seedling N to the seedling planter U1 at a raised position. The seedling feeder K includes: an installation body 20 mounted on the upper portion of a vertical shaft 10 a turntable S mounted on the installation body 20 a multiplicity of seedling feeders K1 arranged in multiplicity around the turntable S and capable of receiving and falling the seedling N and a supply drive mechanism K2 for driving the vertical shaft 10 in synchronism with the vertical motions of the seedling planter U1. Between the installation body 20 and the turntable S, there is interposed phase adjusting means 21 for adjusting the phase of the rotational direction of the turntable S.
