PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seedling transplanter capable of making a visual field of an operator better, and improving working efficiency, while having a compact constitution.SOLUTION: In a seedling transplanter having a constitution in which a seat (46) seated by an operator is arranged on the front side of a seedling feeder (6) for feeding a transplantation object to a seedling planting device, and the operator is seated in a backward-posture toward the seedling feeder (6), a step (49) is extended over the periphery of the front end of a machine body on the side of the seat (46), and a reflector (111) for the operator seated on the seat (46) is arranged on the same right-to-left position as the step (49) or on the furthermore outside position in the longitudinal direction of the machine body than the step (49) on the rear side of the seedling feeder (6).SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2【課題】 本発明の課題は、コンパクトな構成としながら、作業者の視界を良好にし、作業能率が向上する苗移植機を提供することである。【解決手段】 作業者が着座する座席（４６）を、移植物を苗植付装置に供給する苗供給装置（６）の前側に配置し、且つ作業者が苗供給装置（６）に向かって後向き姿勢で着座する構成とし、座席（４６）の側方には機体前端近傍にわたってステップ（４９）を延設し、座席（４６）に着座する作業者用の反射鏡（１１１）を、苗供給装置（６）の後側で、且つステップ（４９）と同じ左右位置又はステップ（４９）よりも機体左右方向外側位置に配置した苗移植機とした。【選択図】図２
