PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an X-ray CT apparatus capable of easily selecting appropriate data, and a medical information processor and a medical information processing program.SOLUTION: The X-ray CT apparatus has a collection part, a selection part and an analysis part. The collection part collects image data related to a plurality of time phases including at least a part of coronary arteries of a heart. The selection part acquires image indexes regarding a plurality of pieces of image data and extracts a combination of pieces of image data from combinations of pieces of image data having a time interval greater than a specific time interval among the plurality of pieces of image data on the basis of the image index in each piece of the image data. The analysis part executes a fluid analysis regarding the coronary arteries on the basis of the extracted combination of pieces of image data and obtains a fluid parameter for the coronary arteries.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2COPYRIGHT: (C)2018,JPO&INPIT【課題】適切なデータを簡便に選択することができるX線CT装置、医用情報処理装置及び医用情報処理プログラムを提供すること。【解決手段】実施形態に係るX線CT装置は、収集部と、選択部と、解析部とを備える。収集部は、心臓の冠動脈の少なくとも一部を含む、複数時相に係る画像データを収集する。選択部は、複数の前記画像データに関する画像指標を取得し、各画像データにおける画像指標に基づいて、複数の画像データのうち、所定の時間間隔よりも大きい時間間隔を有する画像データの組み合わせの中から画像データの組を抽出する。解析部は、抽出された画像データの組に基づいて、冠動脈に関する流体解析を行い、冠動脈に関する流体パラメータを求める。【選択図】図2
