The present invention provides a polymeric gel capable of effectively dissociating a crosslinking structure by reaction with nitrogen monoxide, a manufacturing method thereof, and a product including the same. The polymeric gel comprises a crosslinking point dissociated in response to the nitrogen monoxide.
