PURPOSE: A diaminopyrimidine derivative and a pharmaceutical composition containing the same are provided to prevent or treat digestive system disorders such gastrointestinal movement disorder. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for preventing or treating gastrointestinal movement disorder contains therapeutically effective amount of compounds of chemical formula 1 or pharmaceutically acceptable salt. A method for preparing the compound or salt comprises: a step of reacting a compound of chemical formula 2 and a compound of chemical formula 3 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 4； a step of methylating the compound of chemical formula 4 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 5； a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 5 with R1-NH2 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 6； a step of halogenating the compound of chemical formula 6 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 7； and a step of reacting the compound of chemical formula 7 with a compound of chemical formula 8 to prepare a compound of chemical formula 1.본 발명은 다이아미노피리미딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염, 이의 제조방법, 이를 포함하는 약학 조성물, 및 이의 용도를 제공한다. 본 발명에 따른 다이아미노피리미딘 유도체 또는 그의 약학적으로 허용가능한 염은 5-HT4 수용체 효능제로서 작용함으로써, 위장관 운동장애, 예를 들어 위식도 역류성 질환(GERD), 변비, 과민성대장증후군, 소화불량, 수술 후 장폐색, 위 배출 지연증, 위마비증, 가성 장 폐색증, 약물로-유도된 통과 지연증, 또는 당뇨병성 위무력증 등과 같은 소화기계 질환의 예방 또는 치료에 유용하게 적용될 수 있다.
