PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a suturing apparatus capable of feeding a needle in one direction using vibrations, miniaturizing the entire apparatus, and increasing the flexibility of design of a drive part.SOLUTION: The suturing apparatus includes: a needle 4 for suture a needle feed guide part 5 having a needle feed guide path 7 for guiding the movement of the needle 4 a piezoelectric element 8 for transmitting ultrasonic vibrations to the guide part 5 and a needle feed part 9 driven by the ultrasonic vibrations transmitted to the guide part 5 to feed the needle 4 inside the guide path 7 in one direction.
